Manuel is a second-generation architect who spent much of his after-school time in his father’s office in San Juan where he immersed his imagination in the drawings sitting at his father’s drafting table providing him a passion for creativity, hand drawing, and appreciation for urban design.

Manuel has over a decade in work experience in the field of design and real estate development. Upon completing his B.Arch at the University of Miami, Manuel worked in Miami, Fl where he led urban design projects working closely with real estate developers in formulating the program, conceptualizing the design, and preparing master plans and building codes for clients. Manuel traveled to South and Central America, Europe, and cities throughout the US to work with developers in projects varying in scale and type.

Manuel is an urban and architectural designer with more than two decades of experience in larger Master Plans, land use planning and transit-oriented developments. Manuel has an incredible talent to visualize the potential of places into clear and efficient urban frameworks. His abilities to overlay developmental structures with open space and mobility solutions makes him a leader in the profession with numerous awards for his design abilities.

As land becomes scarce and living costs increase, cities and neighborhoods are becoming attractive to current generations, thus my mission to continue to provide the necessary planning tools to revitalize and protect legacy neighborhoods.
