Plusurbia provided general urban design consulting services to address the needs of the Arsht Center’s Thomson Square mobility and safety improvements. These Services included a conceptual design of pedestrian protection barriers on the edge of Biscayne Boulevard that also mitigate sound originating from moving traffic.
