The Project consists of a Master Plan Zoning Package of the Innovation District that considers changes to the site’s existing regulations that affect this district and supports a legal rezoning application from T6-60-A to T6-60-B. The cohesive Master Plan Zoning Report served as a tool to communicate with stakeholders, elected officials, City and County Staff the development parameters of the Project. The document established development strategies as part of a Master Plan for the Project Area. The goals of the Plan are to achieve a cohesive and well-designed development that serves as a guide for responsible growth and development within this District.
