This mixed-use project is a development that encompasses retail, residential and a existing storage facility. The scope of work was to prepare a package with visualization, construction documents, and table calculations to be presented to Miami Dade County’s Planning Department for Administrative Review. The 5.4 acre site provided the opportunity to design a mid-rise building with ground-level retail and apartments above. The goal was to bring a living experience that would become part of the fabric of its surrounding neighborhood. The design was inspired by the vibrant culture and typology of the area, providing an inviting connection to the street level for pedestrians.
