Client: The Miami-Dade TPO (Transportation Planning Organization).
PlusUrbia is providing planning and design for the SMART Plan North Corridor. The TPO SMART Plan is a comprehensive approach to creating six rapid transit corridors. The studio, as consultants for The Corradino Group, is providing its planning, design, and graphics expertise in defining a suitable location to use as a base for the design of the stations along the corridor, creating 3D volumetrics of the development around the stations, and completing renderings to visualize the design for three station area plans: community station, neighborhood station, and regional station.
