PlusUrbia is the Planner and Urban Designer on the Design-Build team for the signature I-395 bridge and open space, collaborating with Ron Frazier and Associates. The studio’s role is to provide planning and design to reconnect the city’s fabric through innovative design that will bring cohesion to Overtown’s physically segregated and historic neighborhood while simultaneously integrating with Downtown Miami by providing a new urban linear park to the Downtown’s northern boundary.
