Feasibility study for an area on the south side of South Dixie Highway (US1), across the street from the University of Miami.
The task consisted of a preliminary zoning study of each parcel. It also provided a volumetric study, analysis and renders of the properties combined, maximizing the permitted development under the current code.
PlusUrbia worked on this project for a private developer to determine the best way to take advantage of this iconic site and unlock its full potential.
The design for the buildings in the development fits with the site’s surrounding context and the characteristic Architecture unique to Coral Gables.
