Miami is a vibrant city known for its stunning architecture and mix of cultures. Our team was tasked to design architectural concepts that take inspiration from Asian cultures and creates a node along one of Miami’s transportation corridors.

The project’s design was inspired by the rich cultural heritage of the Chinese lattice, using it as a design feature that doubles as a passive heat-gain control strategy. The dual towers incorporate other traditional Asian elements that were seamlessly integrated into the design of the building, creating a unique structure that fits within the Miami skyline. The project’s residential units offer stunning views of the city, the ocean, and the Everglades to the west. The commercial component includes retail and office space and entertainment. The buildings are topped with Chinese-inspired gardens that follow Chinese feng-shui principles creating a peaceful oasis at the top of the buildings.
