Plusurbia recently joined ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean for the Technical Advisory Board Meeting in Hallandale, contributing to discussions on complex land use and development challenges.

The two-day session included a “day in the field,” providing firsthand insight into how public agencies, nonprofits, and private partners are addressing real estate and planning issues across Southeast Florida. Plusurbia’s team collaborated with local experts, sharing perspectives and learning directly from communities on the ground.
