Happy Holidays 2025 from Plusurbia – Reflecting on a Year of Impact
12/22/2025
This year, we stayed grounded—even while elevating communities.
From crafting comprehensive plans to designing transit stations that actually connect, we’ve helped shape places that move better, plan smarter, and stand stronger against rising tides.
We strengthened coastal resilience (without losing our footing), reimagined Main Streets to be more walkable and welcoming, and preserved the histories that matter—such as honoring the legacy of migrant farm workers through thoughtful, place-based design.
Whether drafting design guidelines with just the right balance of flexibility and form, or expanding mobility networks to better serve real people (not just traffic models), or reinforcing coastal resiliency, every project has been a step toward more livable, lovable communities.
To our clients, partners, and collaborators—thank you for trusting us to help guide your cities through growth, challenges, and change. Your vision fuels our work (and occasionally sparks some very passionate charrette debates).
As we pause for the holidays (and maybe update a comp plan or two under the tree), we wish you rest, warmth, and inspiration. Here’s to another year of shared progress, urban design, people-first planning, historic preservation, and resilient, human-centered places.
From all of us at Plusurbia, happy holidays—and may your 2026 be resilient, well-planned, and full of unexpected joy (with excellent wayfinding).
