I hereby acknowledge and provide my consent for the use of electronic signatures in connection with this documents and transactions:
Electronic Communications: I acknowledge that certain documents, notices, and other communications may be provided to me electronically. This includes, but is not limited to, agreements, contracts, disclosures, statements, and any other documents related to my interactions with Plusurbia Design.
Electronic Signature: I understand that by using an electronic signature, I am legally bound to the terms and conditions outlined in the aforementioned documents. I acknowledge that my electronic signature carries the same legal significance as a handwritten signature.
Consent to Use Electronic Signature: I hereby consent to the use of electronic signatures in lieu of handwritten signatures on all relevant documents and transactions. I understand that this consent apply to this agreement and transaction between myself and Plusurbia Design.
Security and Confidentiality: I acknowledge that Plusurbia Design has implemented reasonable security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of electronic signatures and associated documents. However, I understand that electronic communications and transactions are not entirely secure and may be subject to interception, unauthorized access, or tampering. I agree to take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of any passwords or access credentials provided to me.
Revocation of Consent: I understand that I have the right to withdraw my consent to use electronic signatures at any time. If I choose to do so, I acknowledge that I may need to provide handwritten signatures for future documents and transactions. However, the revocation of consent will not affect the validity or enforceability of electronic signatures previously used.
