The team created a Master Plan to inspire revitalization via urban infill for an area of Main Street. The design was tasked with addressing: retail, residential, circulation, walkability, open space, height, and parking. The goal was to integrate with the existing mixed-use development, which is undergoing a significant renovation to better meet the 21st-century needs of the popular neighborhood that has seen its retail go through a long decline until recently. The contextual design includes mixed-use buildings that will produce an excellent return on investment and re-stitch and improve the urban fabric of the main corridor.
