Urban zoning is responsible for dividing a city into territorial zones and defining, individually, the regulations for the use and occupation of its land.
In the most recent urban discussions, the construction of the zoning has a direct impact on public management and on the construction of communities. In addition to being aligned with the individual objectives of citizens, this control deals with an order that involves the pretensions of the public administration and directly affects the growth of urban centers.
