Our team was tasked to create communication material to explain the project to elected officials and stakeholders.

The studio created a 3-minute video/animation depicting the proposed conceptual design improvements for a shared-use path on Alton Road, Chase Avenue from Alton Road to 34th Street, and on 34th Street from Chase Avenue to Prairie Avenue in the City of Miami Beach. The video depicts two concepts for the portion of Alton Road as provided by the City of Miami Beach on typical sections at the parking lot location and for Alton Road south of Chase Avenue, the intersection plans for Alton Road and Chase Avenue as provided by the City of Miami Beach, and the recommended concept for Chase Avenue/34th Street as provided by Marlin Engi-neering Inc. and the City of Miami Beach.
